Our working hours are from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Please note the shipping policy adopted by Shaher Bano Collection:
- Shipping available all over Pakistan.
- Free Standard shipping for all orders exceeding PKR 5,000/-
- Shaher Bano Collection also has Premium Shipping available for your convenience.
- To curtail fraudulent, all orders are shipped on a COD payment method.
- We amend our policies from time to time. Please stay updated with us.
In case the customer is absent upon delivery, a representative would call and act upon the instructions of the customer. The parcel can either be delivered on another time or dropped by at neighbors only upon receiving the payment.

Exchange or Return of Goods
- The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not register your complaint.
- The return period of the defective product is ’15 days’ (Working Days). OR For return or exchanged items, the request shall be entertained within 15 days (Working Days) of receiving the parcel.
- Please return the product with a copy of invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
- It is important to label the returned product as ‘Return item’ in order to avoid any discrepancy or inconvenience

Delivery on public holidays may vary depending on the courier service.
In most cases, orders are not delivered on national public holidays, which may cause a slight delay in your expected delivery date.
